Hi Jordi and Clara.
I am, as are all the other guys more then
happy to give our recommendation of Ms Kim
and Vietnam Travel Channel. Every guide we
had became a very close friend of ours and
will always remain close in our hearts. The
acconmodation based on the star rating that
we asked for, was great. There was no
problem or request that Ms Kim and her crew
couldn't fix or provide. When we go back,
this is who we will be doing all arranging
with. I have attached some photo's of parts
of our trip to prove we do exist. We went
from South to North.

Dear Ms Kim
The four of us arrived home yesterday from
our private 23 day Vietnam/Cambodia trip
which, as you are aware, encompassed Hanoi,
Sapa (by overnight sleeper train), Halong
Bay (overnight on Junk), Hue, Hoian via
Danang, Saigon, Mekong Delta (overnight x2
on Boat), Chau Doc, Phnompenh, & Siem Riep.
Your organisation was first class as we did
not have one hic up, with your excellent
guides always meeting us as planned. All
travel, whether by van, overnight train,
junk, boat, internal flights, and relevant
transfers, went without a hitch and, apart
from the speedboat, were private.
The only thing that didn't go to plan was
the unseasonal weather in Sapa & Halong Bay
- it was cold & wet, even snowed in Sapa,
and we had to buy extra warm clothes,
beanies & gloves.
In planning such a trip directly with
Vietnam Travel Channel, from Australia, I
was concerned about the possibility of being
left stranded in a foreign country having
paid in advance. My concerns were unfounded,
and your company greatly exceeded my
expectations. Your company certainly
warrants your International Tour Operator's
Licence.
We had a wonderful time in your Vietnam, and
in Cambodia, and would like to thank you for
your contribution to the success of our
trip.
You may use this as a testamonial if you
wish.

We had a wonderful time on our visit to
Vietnam. All the guides and drivers were
very helpful, polite and knowledgable. Every
day was a new and exciting experience.
We were a little dissapointed that we had
such a short time in Hoian because there was
so much more we wanted to do and a lot of
free time in Hue due to a late flight.
Our Guide
organised a shower after our treck and
before our overnight train trip, for which
we were very greatful. We found the food was
typical of the area we travelled in and
delicious .
Thank you for

I only got back from holiday today as we also
had a holiday at the coast in our own country,
South Africa, otherwise I would have emailed
you earlier. I would like to thank you for an
absolutely magnificent trip!
The hotels, tour guides, arrangements and really
everything – was superb. Our trip was so
convenient and so well arranged.

Dear Kim,
On the holiday, thank you for your farewell gift I
particularly love those items of the laquer work and
bought a few myself.
We were extremely please with all the arrangements and
the tours. the kitchen stops were great, the mekong tour
was great and we loved Halong Bay. No complaints on
anything at all - it went very smoothly and was a lovely
experience. All guides and drivers were really good,
although perhaps David in HCMC not quite the same
quality level as the other two.
All hotels really good, weather in Hoi An was not nice
for the beach so it was a shame we did not get to fully
enjoy that part - constant high force wind. Majestic
Hotel was favourite, followed by Medallion which is in
such a great location and very good hotel.
all in all, was great and looking forward to planning
our next trip to Vietnam, so thank you for all your
service and excellent organisation.
